The following is a curated list of digital tools approved by School District 22 for use by both students and educators to support teaching and learning. Each tool has successfully undergone a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), a process designed to ensure compliance with the principles of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
A PIA evaluates various aspects of each tool, including data storage and sharing practices, anti-bullying safeguards, and the extent to which users can control the collection of personal information. This ensures that the digital tools we implement prioritize student privacy and data security.
You can access more information about each approved tool by clicking the links below.
Use of software applications is not required, and equivalent alternatives will be provided when necessary. If you do not consent to your child using the approved digital tools outlined above or have any questions about this process, please reach out to your child’s school administrator.
