Charles Bloom
On Wednesday, January 14th, Charles Bloom Secondary proudly celebrated the achievements of our Grade 11 and 12 students as they completed their Capstone Presentations—an important milestone in their CLC 12 course requirement.
The day showcased an impressive range of projects, each reflecting the hard work, perseverance, and genuine passion of our senior students. From creative endeavours to technical explorations and community‑focused initiatives, the presentations exemplified the curiosity, dedication, and personal growth that the Capstone project is designed to inspire.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to the many community members from Lumby and the surrounding area who attended and supported the students. Your presence helped make the day meaningful and memorable. We would also like to recognize and thank staff from across the district, as well as students and teachers from our “family of schools” - Cherryville Elementary and J.W. Inglis Elementary - whose encouragement added energy and enthusiasm to the event.
Congratulations to all our presenters—you demonstrated confidence, creativity, and a clear commitment to your learning journey. We are proud of you!
